All fine, but noise issues

The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Everything was great, including excellent and friendly staff at check-out. Central location was a plus. Centro district was definitely worth visiting.

Hot water never worked .

It has excellent setting to all attractions of Tijuana.

Booked a room with jacuzzi with a hourly rate. This hotel was set in a central area just off Between 2 nightclubs and food bars/clubs and Tijuana.

There was parking space missing, I was a little disappointed.

I was really disappointed with the lack of hot water. Even after reporting the issue, the staff seemed indifferent to my complaint. To top it off, there was a couple at check-in voicing the same concern, indicating this might be a recurring problem.

I enjoyed the hotel's modern and clean decor. The location is excellent, close to various shops and restaurants, great for senior guests looking to explore.

Hard stairs for seniors.

The lobby looks really fancy and gives off a good vibe. This place has hot water in plenty and the staff are genuinely nice, rare.
